The testing items include wpc vinyl flooring wear resistance, density, Anti-UV, Anti-bacterial, chemical resistance, dimensional stability performance between -5℃ to +50℃, VOC and extractable heavy metal etc.
Three steps will be carried out in wpc vinyl flooring production. The first step is all raw materials will be inspected strictly before production, unqualified raw materials will refused; the second, all the semi-finished products will tested before finally process; the third, the finished products will be checked before put in stock. Each lot products will be inspected before loading to make sure customers get qualified products.
